Getting Started
Download our mobile app or visit our website and click 'Register'. Fill in your business details including GST number, business name, and contact information. Our team will verify your account within 24-48 hours.
Yes, for wholesale pricing, we have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) that varies by product category. Generally, it starts from 50 pieces per style for basic garments and 25 pieces for specialty items.
While we primarily focus on B2B customers, individual buyers can also shop through our app. However, wholesale pricing and credit facilities are only available for registered business accounts.
Orders & Pricing
You can place bulk orders through our mobile app, website, or by contacting your dedicated account manager. For orders exceeding 1000 pieces, we recommend reaching out to our sales team for personalized quotes.
Yes! We offer volume-based discounts for large orders. The more you order, the better the price. Contact our sales team for a custom quote tailored to your requirements.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order in real-time through the 'My Orders' section of our app.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
Payments & Credit
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). For B2B partners, we also offer credit terms after account verification and approval.
Registered B2B partners can apply for a credit line through the app or by contacting their account manager. Approval is based on order history, business verification, and creditworthiness. Typical credit limits range from ₹50,000 to ₹5,00,000.
COD is available for orders up to ₹25,000. For larger orders, we require advance payment or approved credit terms.
Shipping & Delivery
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Metro cities typically receive orders in 3-5 days. We also offer express shipping for urgent requirements at an additional cost.
Yes! We deliver to 500+ cities and towns across India. For remote locations, delivery may take 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight and destination. Orders above ₹10,000 qualify for free shipping. Detailed shipping rates are shown at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return window for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Products must be unused with original tags attached. Custom orders are non-returnable.
Initiate a return through the app, and once we receive and verify the returned items, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Yes, we offer exchanges for different sizes or colors (subject to availability). Follow the same return process and select 'Exchange' instead of 'Refund'.
