1. Return Policy Overview
At Swastik Garments, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our hassle-free return process.
2. Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return
- Defective or damaged products received
- Wrong items delivered
- Products with manufacturing defects
- Significant variation from product description
Not Eligible for Return
- Custom or personalized orders
- Products used, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Intimate wear and undergarments
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
3. Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
For B2B bulk orders, please contact your account manager within 48 hours of delivery for any issues.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Step 1: Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
- Step 2: Select the order and click "Request Return"
- Step 3: Choose the reason for return and upload photos if applicable
- Step 4: Submit your request and wait for approval
- Step 5: Once approved, our logistics partner will pick up the item

5. Return Conditions
For a successful return, products must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from any damage caused by the customer
6. Refund Process
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving the return
- Refund Initiation: Within 24 hours of approval
- Credit to Account: 5-7 business days (bank-dependent)
Refund Methods
- Original payment method (preferred)
- Store credit (available immediately)
- Bank transfer (for COD orders)
7. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Different size of the same product
- Different color (subject to availability)
Exchange requests follow the same process as returns. If the exchanged item has a price difference, the balance will be adjusted accordingly.
8. Shipping Costs
Return shipping is:
- Free: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- Customer's responsibility: For change of mind returns (₹99 will be deducted from refund)
9. B2B / Bulk Order Returns
For wholesale and bulk orders:
- Quality issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Returns are accepted only for defective pieces (not entire order)
- Our quality team will verify claims before processing
- Credits or replacements will be provided as per agreement
